Are you the main character to your own story?

I’m not a huge fan of RomComs, but every so often I’m urged to watch “The Holiday”.

Like many other RomComs, Kate Winslett’s character is in a rut. She has lost love, she has lost herself, and she doesn’t know where to go next. At some point, Kate’s (aka Iris’s) elderly neighbor turns to her and says …

“Iris, in the movies, we have leading ladies and we have the best friend. You, I can tell, are a leading lady, but for some reason, you're behaving like the best friend.”

So often we forget that we are the “leading lady” in our own life story.

What would happen, if you led your life as if the pen itself was in your own hand?

As a coach, I believe that we all possess the ability to write our own courageous, true, and bold life story.

Coaching is a blend of “being” and “doing”. Together you and I will tap into what makes you, you by co-creating a safe space the provokes challenge, truth, and change.
