About Me
I believe we all start out curious, confident, creative, and full of energy. But life happens—burnout, self-doubt, injustices and traumas —and that spark can start to fade. My job? Helping you recognize that spark and work together to integrate it into your professional journey.
As a coach, I’m direct, thoughtful, playful and silly. I’ll hold space for what’s present and what’s missing, while nudging you to think beyond your current limits. That’s usually where the good stuff lives—just on the other side of comfort.
I have over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition, which gives me a real-world lens on professional growth, career pivots, and everything in between. I’m a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation, trained through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and I hold a B.A. in Communication Sciences with a minor in Special Education from James Madison University. I also continue to work as a Talent Acquisition leader full-time.
I’m originally from South Jersey and have lived in Virginia, France, London, LA, and NYC—now happily based in Brooklyn. Outside of coaching, you’ll find me Crossfit-ing, running, hiking new trails, dancing to live music, trying new food, traveling as often as I can, and playing as many NY Times games as I can.
If you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or ready for something more, I’m here to help you figure out what’s next—and actually go for it.
