About Me

We all start out curious, confident, and full of energy. Then life happens - burnout, self-doubt, injustice, and bad systems can dim that spark. My role as your coach is to help you reclaim it and integrate it back into your personal and professional life in a way that actually sticks.

As a coach, I’m direct, thoughtful, and playful. I hold space for what’s present and what’s missing, while nudging you to think beyond your current limits. That’s usually where the good stuff lives, just on the other side of comfort. My clients leave our time together with greater clarity, stronger self-trust, and the courage to take their spark.

My background and strengths span career pivots, interviewing, role transitions, new people managers, and general professional identity confusion. I bring over 11 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and People Strategy teams, having hired, coached, and advised hundreds of people across levels, industries, and inflection points. I know how people often underestimate their own skills and value because they’ve been stuck inside one role, company, or narrative for too long.

I’m a certified coach through the ICF, trained with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and currently a candidate for a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. I’m fascinated by leadership theory, human behavior, and systems thinking - humans amaze me!

I’m originally from South Jersey and have lived in Virginia, France, London, and Los Angeles—now happily based in Brooklyn. Outside of coaching, you’ll find me CrossFitting, running, hiking, dancing to live music, trying new food, traveling whenever I can, and hanging with my three-year-old orange tabby cat, Tater Tot.

Whether you’re navigating a recent lay-off, considering a pivot, adjusting to a new role, preparing for high-stakes interviews, or feeling generally stuck and underutilized, I’d love to partner with you in the process.
